Rates are for up to 4 guests. A three night minimum stay is required in season whereas a two night minimum stay is required in the off season except on short notice. Our season runs from February 1st through October 31st. Additional overnight guests are $10 per night plus tax. We no not charge for guests aged two or under. Stay More, Save More discount also applies to additional guest fees. There is a $5 dollar per day charge for day visitors and all guests must register at their earliest convenience. Tax of 11% is additional. Cottages are clean upon arrival and are cleaned upon departure. Daily maid service, however, is not included. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. No smoking is allowed in cottages. Pets are allowed in specified cottages only. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Until reservations are made, rates are subject to change. Holidays are subject to minimum stay requirements above and beyond our normal minimum stays. We do not allow Saturday arrivals or departures.
